VertiSource HR, currently has an opening for a highly-skilled Human Resources Coordinator within their team. In addition to being in charge of a number of different personnel related administrative tasks, the Human Resource Coordinator will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, andprocedures. This opening is with an organization in the Costa Mesa, California area and is a full time position. 

A few key responsibilities maybe include:

Manage employee database records 

Assist in new employee on-boarding orientation planning

Assist in the benefits administration for several clients including COBRA

Conduct E-verify, I-9 audits

Employee handbook writing and updates

Assist with ACA, OSHA, Censuses, and EEOC reporting each year

Assist with managing Workers Compensation activities

Being in charge of administrative and office responsibilities.

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired -Experience handling confidential business matters and information withdiscretion - Able to work independently as well as part of a team withflexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasksand projects - Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment - New employee orientation experience - HR (Human Resources) experience required - Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource InformationSystems (HRIS) If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting adynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you!
